Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


The Moody Collection is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

 Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer


Address Accuracy


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returned packages due to address errors will not be reshipped or refunded.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages


Once a package is marked as delivered, The Moody Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged Packages

We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.


International Shipping
